Booking management: Our site hosts a date selection widget that redirects the user to the Booking Engine of Intelligence. The data entered into the booking engine is processed for contractual and pre-contractual purposes.
Technical operation and site security: (Browsing data). The legal basis is the Data Controller's legitimate interest in ensuring the security and proper functioning of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The data is processed using electronic and automated tools, with logic strictly related to the stated purposes and in such a way as to guarantee its security and confidentiality. The website is hosted on the servers of Hostinger, located in France (European Union). Therefore, the data undergoes no transfers outside the European Economic Area (EEA), guaranteeing full compliance with GDPR standards.
Requests sent via the contact form will be retained for the time strictly necessary to process the request and for a maximum of 12 months, barring any different legal requirements.
Server log and browsing data are kept for the technical time necessary to provide the service and for security reasons.
For the operation of the site, we utilise the following services:
Smartness (Booking Engine): The widget on our website acts as a bridge to the Smartness platform, which will independently manage the data entered for the booking as an independent Data Controller or external Processor. We invite you to read their privacy policy.
Google Fonts For the display of typefaces, the site uses Google Fonts. This service may involve the transmission of your IP address to Google's servers (in the USA). Such transfer is regulated by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Pursuant to Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, you have the right to:
